“I enjoy gospel music and since 2004 have been playing piano for a Southern Gospel Group “Children of Zion”. We have just recorded our second CD. My faith is strong in 2009 my son was diagnosed with stage IV colorectal cancer. But through prayer and a strong faith by the grace of God he is now in remission. I live by one day at a time and take no-one nor one minute for granted.
We have two wonderful children and three very beautiful grandchildren. Derrick and his wife Jamie have two children, Autumn and Hunter. Nikki and her husband Lee have one son, Walt. We are blessed to be able to live near them. While God is number one in our lives, family is most important above all else.”
