We want to get to know one another during the process, so we encourage you to ask questions so you know whether we鈥檙e a good fit for you.聽
Each role has its own unique interview process but we鈥檝e detailed the most common steps below.
We want to get to know you, and find out more about your motivations, and your career goals. A Talent team member will tell you more about 91桃色, provide a general overview of the role, and the interview process you can expect.
You鈥檒l meet with the hiring manager for the position and delve deeper into your experience and our expectations from the role. We鈥檒l likely ask some high-level, role specific questions to get an idea if we鈥檒l be a good fit for one another.
For some roles, we鈥檒l ask you to complete a task in your own time. These will take less than an hour and are your chance to show us what you can do.
At this stage, we鈥檒l be discussing the previous task (if we鈥檝e issued one), and assessing your experience against the expectations of the role. This is a two way process, so come prepared with some questions to ask the team.

Our London office is home to Product, Engineering, Marketing and Commercial teams - We鈥檙e based right next to London Bridge station, and a short walk from Borough Market. The office has a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the Shard.
Belfast is home to our Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams - We鈥檙e right in the heart of the Linen Quarter and just a 10 minute walk to Central, and Great Victoria Street Transport hubs.
